This story reflects what I've been noticing increasingly frequently among clients. Working as a therapist, I have noticed a notable trend: a growing number of adults who are relying on alcohol to handle their stress.
Studies indicates that about 34.9% of individuals who drank beverages reported doing so to alleviate pressure and nearly one-fifth to manage nervousness.
